I’ve recently given a try to some T25 Workouts. T25 is brought to you by Sean T, the creator of the Insanity and Asylum programs. These workouts are similar to p90x, but mainly use bodyweight exercises. After doing a few workouts, I wanted to bring you all a modified T25 workout that could be completed in 10 minutes. Now the original T25 workouts are only 25 minutes in length, but this quick 10 minute workout could be something you do at lunch to get your muscles moving.

Remember not to start participating in any new workout program unless your physician has cleared you. Also, if at any time during the exercises you are experiencing pain, stop the exercises.


Modified T-25 10 minute Workout

Walk in place-1 minute

*Perform the following exercises for 30 seconds each

Alternate knee lift

Slow jog

High Knees

Jack feet (Feet like jumping jacks)

Double Jack feet (Jump 2x out, jump 2x in)

Jumping jacks with arms


Heel tap up and back (Right foot 15 seconds, Left foot 15 seconds)

Lateral sprints (sprint in place and move to the side)

Jump rope (pretend)

Up and back slow jumps


Sprint in place

Low switch kick

High Knees

Slow jog

Walk in place-1 minute
