Walking for Fitness

Walking can be a great way to improve your fitness and can be done virtually anywhere and anytime.  Intervals can be fantastic to add into walking routines to improve your fitness even further and impact cardiovascular health.  Follow this walking interval routine, based off one by Fitness Magazine, to add some variety and get your heart pumping.
