In the office we encourage our patients to include resistance exercises in their exercise routine. Combination exercises are resistance exercises that go one step further. Combination exercises are those that combine more than one movement or exercise occurring either simultaneously or directly following each other. These types of exercises help to build muscle and strength and increase endurance and power. Below are a few combination exercises you can try.
