Cooking Light recently did a fantastic article showing different holiday appetizers and how much you can eat for ~150 calories.  I wanted to share some of that information here and add some additional to help you navigate your next holiday party!

~150 Calories

1 Iced Sugar Cookie

9 Jumbo Cocktail Shrimp

38 Olives

11 Roasted Walnuts

~2 Large Meatballs

7 Tortilla Chips with Hummus

~2oz cheese

Remember to eat before you go to parties and fill up on non-starchy vegetables (carrots, broccoli, celery).
